I bought this rack because of the good feedback that it has received. It seemed like a good option because of price and strong performance. Overall, it is a fantastic choice. You must be willing to do some changes in order to get along.

The rack came with a baggy of hardware, a cardboard tube (with instructions), and even the rack. It is everything you should, in theory, you need to mount your bike. You must have the holes on your frame(In the vicinity of the rear wheel and the seat post) for maximum stability. My bike had only the holes from the tax. I used to fix the screws provided. I have no holes in the vicinity of the seat so I try to use the supplied terminals P had.

The problem with the installation was that the terminals sit in place of holes were used to remain small. You would not wrap around my frame provide a mounting point for the top rails. This should be no problem for people who must remain seated beAttachment points already on their frames. You may have to bend the metal strips in order to know and stay close to level. I'm not sure because I have not. To say the instructions on the cardboard sleeve that you have (and likely) to bend the straps.

In place of the metal strip at the top, I used a short (approx. 6 ") bungee cords. I spun it around my seat stays and the lip of the rack. This was to be maintained in a position, very stable, without the hasslePurchase of larger terminals P and bending of the metal mounting brackets. I was with the bungee rope planning only as a temporary solution, but it seems like to keep it in position for a while. There is only one option to consider when trying to mount this rack without mounting holes in the vicinity of the seat. It is not the best looking solution, but it is definitely blows with a shaky frame.

I see no reason to divert, a star rating from this item due to the increasing problem. This seems likesomething that's hardly avoidable with each rack. It is expected that you change a few things, a little match for the best. Fortunately, this rack does not have much. I use the bungee cord keeps great!

On a side note, it feels great to be able to leave the backpack at home. I used to have extra water bottles to carry in my backpack, because my body has only the Lot-ons for water bottle cages set. Now I can stash my wallet, keys, cell phone and extra bottles in myTrunk bag. It's nice to wear several kilo load of my back!

I would recommend this rack to anyone who an affordable rack is that almost universally will. It looks like it would be able to pack some bags, without that support them are in the wheel. I have no bags to confirm this order, but I always know something planned in the near future. I use it with a suitcase bag that I bought and everything attaches beautiful. It feels safe and reliable. I can not think of a reasonabout much more than this on a frame issue, honestly. It may be advantageous to spend more money, but they probably do not apply to my needs. This seems more than capable of holding my luggage bag, some bags (in the future), and allowed me mount a reflector or light.

I would also like to express my gratitude to Amazon. The rack was very fast (shipped thanks to two days shipping with my Prime account for free) and it arrived safely.
