This was the first time I've ever ordered some thing that was exactly as promised. I removed it from the shipping carton, unfolded it placed it on the floor and set my bike in the cups provided and tightened them against the bike axle and it was done. Maybe it took 5 minutes to mount and that was it. It does make a little sound, but the cd player in the room can easily cover the sound. Works great, and is exactly what we wanted. I even recommended this item to a friend and mounted her bike with the same easy results. It is a quality product.
